All personal information provided during the submission of a video file are used only by Operation Prepare for the purpose of managing its video collection, granting credit to the creator/author of the video and responding to any requests or inquiries received from video submitters. Operation Prepare will not share, rent, trade or sell any information to third parties.
Operation Prepare owns all rights, distribution and titles to all video submissions, whether or not they are posted or displayed on its Blog, YouTube Channel or Google Video pages. By submitting a video, you agree to relinquish ownership of the video and not acquire any copyright, trademark or proprietary rights and grant Operation Prepare the permission to distribute and use your video at its will.
